Shipping Policy

At Sri Pandurangan Divine Fresh, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sprouts to your doorstep with love and care.

Delivery Timings:

Deliveries happen daily between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.​

Order Types:
​

1. One-Time Order (On-Demand Delivery)

  • Place your order on or before 9:00 PM, two days prior to the required delivery date.
    Example: Order by Sunday 9:00 PM for Tuesday morning delivery.

  • Orders can be placed via our WhatsApp catalogue.

  • Payments can be made using GPay, UPI, or from your existing account credit.

  • We produce sprouts fresh based on actual demand to ensure quality and avoid wastage.
     

2. Subscription (Regular/Recurring Delivery)

  • Recharge your account with a minimum of ₹500 credit.

  • Choose specific delivery days (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri) or opt for daily delivery.

  • Modify, reschedule, or cancel your subscription anytime by 9:00 PM, two days before the scheduled delivery.

  • Subscription deliveries begin from the second day after confirmation.
    Example: Confirm on Sunday by 9:00 PM → Starts Tuesday.

Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver to selected apartment communities in Bangalore.

  • Deliveries are handled by our in-house team — no third-party courier involved.

  • Delivery is absolutely free.

Product Storage Guidance

  • Shelf life:

    • Up to 3 days at room temperature.

    • Up to 5 days when refrigerated.

  • For best taste and freshness, consume As early as possible within the expiry date, after its delivered.. 

  • ❌ Do not freeze sprouts — this affects their texture and nutrition.

Delivery Availability

  • We deliver 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.

  • In case of exceptions (weather, strikes, etc.), updates will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
