At Sri Pandurangan Divine Fresh, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to ensure that you receive fresh and high-quality sprouts every time.
Returns

If you find that the sprouts are not fresh or not as expected, you can raise a return request.

Please send us a message via WhatsApp or email us at Contact.SriPandurangan@gmail.com, along with images showing the product condition.
Refunds

Once we verify the concern, a full refund will be processed within 2 working days.

You are free to dispose of the product; there is no need to return it physically.

Important: Refund requests must be raised within the same day of delivery and no later than 1 day from the delivery date.

As sprouts are fresh products with a shelf life of 3–5 days, refund requests are accepted only within 1 day of delivery to ensure fairness and quality.

We request customers to inspect the product and inform us within 24 hours.

Refund requests received after 1 day of delivery will not be processed.
Frequent Return Requests

If a customer frequently raises return requests for products that appear used or consumed, we may request:

Clearer images of the product and packaging at the time of delivery

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we find that the policy is being misused or requests are made in bad faith.
Abuse of Return Policy

In cases of repeated misuse, we may suspend or cancel subscriptions.

Refunds will not be issued for products already delivered under such circumstances.
