Refund Policy

At Sri Pandurangan Divine Fresh, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to ensure that you receive fresh and high-quality sprouts every time.

Returns

  • If you find that the sprouts are not fresh or not as expected, you can raise a return request.
  • Please send us a message via WhatsApp or email us at Contact.SriPandurangan@gmail.com, along with images showing the product condition.

Refunds

  • Once we verify the concern, a full refund will be processed within 2 working days.
  • You are free to dispose of the product; there is no need to return it physically.
  • Important: Refund requests must be raised within the same day of delivery and no later than 1 day from the delivery date.
  • As sprouts are fresh products with a shelf life of 3–5 days, refund requests are accepted only within 1 day of delivery to ensure fairness and quality.
  • We request customers to inspect the product and inform us within 24 hours.
  • Refund requests received after 1 day of delivery will not be processed.

Frequent Return Requests

  • If a customer frequently raises return requests for products that appear used or consumed, we may request:
    • Clearer images of the product and packaging at the time of delivery
  • We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we find that the policy is being misused or requests are made in bad faith.

Abuse of Return Policy

  • In cases of repeated misuse, we may suspend or cancel subscriptions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products already delivered under such circumstances.
