Returns
- If you find that the sprouts are not fresh or not as expected, you can raise a return request.
- Please send us a message via WhatsApp or email us at Contact.SriPandurangan@gmail.com, along with images showing the product condition.
Refunds
- Once we verify the concern, a full refund will be processed within 2 working days.
- You are free to dispose of the product; there is no need to return it physically.
- Important: Refund requests must be raised within the same day of delivery and no later than 1 day from the delivery date.
- As sprouts are fresh products with a shelf life of 3–5 days, refund requests are accepted only within 1 day of delivery to ensure fairness and quality.
- We request customers to inspect the product and inform us within 24 hours.
- Refund requests received after 1 day of delivery will not be processed.
Frequent Return Requests
- If a customer frequently raises return requests for products that appear used or consumed, we may request:
- Clearer images of the product and packaging at the time of delivery
- We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we find that the policy is being misused or requests are made in bad faith.
Abuse of Return Policy
- In cases of repeated misuse, we may suspend or cancel subscriptions.
- Refunds will not be issued for products already delivered under such circumstances.
